Unused and Unopened Items
We offer a 28 day period in which you can return Unused and Unopened Items. We can offer a full refund or exchange for another product of the same value or less. Instructions on how to return items are below.
If the item breaks or becomes faulty within 90 days we will refund you in full within 90 days. To return a product to us, fill in our Refunds and Returns form on our website then follow the instructions you’ll receive VIA email. Return of faulty products is free and will be provided by email. Note that we don’t cover faults or damage incurred during use. If you have used the item, please make sure that it has been thoroughly cleaned. We will thoroughly inspect and catalogue all faulty items. If our inspection uncovers that the damaged was not a manufacturing fault it will be returned to you at your expense.
‘Pleasure’ was not delivered – request
If pleasure was not delivered then let us know why within 60 days from purchase and we’ll give you a full refund. All of the products we sell have been tested by our team of reviewers and we stand by them. Customer service and satisfaction is an important part of our mission. Needless to say, items such as lube and sex toy accessories are not covered under “ ‘Pleasure’ was not delivered” policy. Any used items should be thoroughly cleaned before they are returned.
